Positive Connections Workshops
Our Positive Connections Programme is a clothed peer to peer massage programme and can be adapted for a parent/child relationship. The programme is founded on the principles of the Massage In Schools Association. The programme is built on values of respect and inclusion and the benefits can include:

Sound Sleep is an educational resource for schools and youth organisations to raise awareness of the importance of sleep for the emotional and physical wellbeing of teenagers. We have trained instructors who can deliver the Sound Sleep Programme within secondary schools. The programme encourages teenagers to implement positive sleep habits within their routines.
