Meet The Head of Strategy and Development

I am Janine Fraser the Head of Strategy and Development at St Margaret’s.

I have worked in social work for over 20 years, previously as a social worker, team manager and independent reviewing officer. As Head of Strategy and Development, my role involves working closely with the whole team at St Margaret’s and our partner agencies to develop and implement our service plans, goals and objectives as a faith-based service. This work includes ensuring our commitment to delivering The Promise for our children and families and in particular promoting sibling connections and children’s rights.

I am also a mum and enjoy spending time with my family and friends and little dog Holly. I also love Elvis!
